In addition to the General Admission Requirements for NCE programs, the Royal Society Arts (RSA) or City and Guild Intermediate Certificate or the Federal Craft Training Certificate with WASC/SSCE/GCE (O/L) in at least 4 subjects. At least a pass in English Language is compulsory in any of the above requirement
